Living the Dream: A Journey of Passion, Creativity, and Growth

Life is a journey of passion, ambition, and perseverance. For me, it's about embracing the common principle of humanity—growing, learning, and striving for the American Dream. From the moment I graduated high school, my path has been shaped by the desire to build a fulfilling life: pursuing higher education, working toward a dream career in animation or creative writing, and one day owning a home, raising a family, and witnessing future generations thrive.

Storytelling has been a part of me since childhood. I first put pencil to journal paper back in elementary school around 2005, and my love for writing carried me through high school and beyond. Creativity has always fueled my passions, whether through writing, playing the piano, or diving into the immersive worlds of classic games like DreamCast, GameCube, and CD-ROM PC classics such as Warcraft, Starcraft, and Age of Empires. Those early 2000s were the foundation of who I am today—growing up during the George W. Bush presidency, experiencing the world through the lens of both history and personal ambition.

This blog is a reflection of my journey—a place where I share my passion for storytelling, art, and the pursuit of dreams. Whether it’s writing, animation, or simply navigating life’s milestones, I invite you to join me as I continue striving to live life to the fullest, one chapter at a time.

A Tough Climb: My Journey Through Solitude, Struggles, and Storytelling

Life has been a relentless grind for me—an uphill battle through solitude, loneliness, and the struggle to find true friends who are genuinely caring and not just looking out for themselves. It’s been a tough climb, filled with moments of isolation and self-doubt.

Being diagnosed with Autism has shaped much of my experience. Social interactions don’t always come easily—I often feel anxious, stressed, and sometimes even disconnected. There are moments when I say things I don’t mean or struggle with expressing emotions the way others expect. At times, my demeanor can come across as distant, unfiltered, or even lacking remorse, even when that’s not my intention. Throughout school, I faced my share of depression, trying to navigate a world that often felt overwhelming and unforgiving.

But through it all, my stories became my sanctuary. Writing wasn’t just an escape—it was a lifeline. In the pages of my imagination, I found a world where I mattered, a realm where my characters and ideas embraced me when reality felt unkind. My fantasy worlds were my safe haven, a place where I could exist without judgment, surrounded by the comfort of my own creation.

It was around that time that I discovered anime through Toonami on Cartoon Network, diving into its PG-13 and mature spectrum. Back then, I had never heard terms like original character, isekai, or incel. These concepts only became familiar to me in more recent years, reflecting how much the world—and my understanding of it—has changed.

The world we live in today can feel cruel and unforgiving, driven by hatred, greed, favoritism, and an exhausting race of oversaturated competition. It often seems like a battleground where only the strongest or the most privileged succeed, leaving little room for those who don’t fit the mold. But despite all of this, I continue to push forward, carving out my own space through storytelling, embracing the passion that has carried me through the darkest moments.

This is my journey. This is my grind. And no matter how steep the climb, I’ll keep moving forward.
