Pitching SUPREMACY: Clash Between Heroes & Villains as a Television Anime

Eight Absolute Leaders. Eight Regimes. Two opposing alliances. One world divided by power.

My long-term creative goal is to develop SUPREMACY: Clash Between Heroes & Villains from an independently written story into a professionally produced television anime.

SUPREMACY is a serious military-fantasy and political science-fiction saga set on Titanumas, a reconstructed world in the year 5007. Humanity has survived climate collapse, warfare, political failure, and the destruction of the old world. Civilization has been rebuilt, but it is now divided among eight powerful regimes ruled by eight superhuman dictators known as the Absolute Leaders.

The story combines military warfare, supernatural powers, political ideology, futuristic technology, propaganda, strategy, civilian survival, emotional drama, and large-scale anime battles.

This is not simply a story about individual superheroes fighting ordinary criminals. It is a conflict between complete civilizations. Every regime has its own government, military, cities, territories, laws, uniforms, symbols, philosophy, and ruling Absolute Leader.

THE WORLD OF TITANUMAS

Titanumas is divided between two major alliances.

The heroic alliance is known as the Allied Evolution Salvation, or AES.

The AES consists of:

The Solar Regime, led by General Sunbeam.

The Lunar Regime, led by Lady Moonbeam.

The Star Regime, led by X Vice Colonel Starbeam.

The Galaxy Regime, led by Professor Galaxbeam.

The opposing villain alliance is known as the Bullying Revolutionary Deficiency, or BRD.

The BRD consists of:

The Darkened Regime, led by Lord Darkwing.

The Blackened Regime, led by Blackwing.

The Shadow Regime, led by Shadowwing.

The Death Regime, led by Doctor Deathwing.

The AES generally seeks to protect civilization through courage, compassion, sustainability, knowledge, order, and human progress.

The BRD seeks control through conquest, intimidation, corruption, propaganda, secrecy, psychological warfare, biological manipulation, and destruction.

Every major battle is therefore more than a military confrontation. It is an argument over how humanity’s second chance should be governed.

THE EIGHT ABSOLUTE LEADERS

The eight central characters are called Absolute Leaders because they stand above every other political, military, and supernatural rank on Titanumas.

They are not ceremonial rulers who remain protected inside palaces or command bunkers. They can personally enter the battlefield, confront armies, destroy military vehicles, defend cities, break sieges, and fight other superhuman rulers.

Each Absolute Leader possesses extraordinary physical strength, supernatural powers, specialized combat abilities, strategic intelligence, and near-indestructible endurance.

They are also dictators.

Each one maintains concentrated authority over an entire regime. They command their governments, military forces, institutions, territories, and political systems with an iron fist.

However, the AES and BRD leaders use their authority for very different purposes.

The AES Absolute Leaders use centralized power to protect their civilizations and prevent another global collapse.

The BRD Absolute Leaders use centralized power to dominate, corrupt, terrorize, manipulate, or transform the populations beneath them.

This moral difference is important to the story. The heroes are not traditional democratic leaders. They are powerful rulers whose actions are judged by what they protect, what they sacrifice, and how they use their authority.

GENERAL SUNBEAM

General Sunbeam is the Absolute Leader of the Solar Regime.

He represents solar energy, courage, optimism, human continuity, love, family, social connection, and the determination to preserve life.

The Solar Regime is represented by orange uniforms, orange banners, sun emblems, radiant cities, and powerful solar energy.

Sunbeam believes civilization cannot survive through military strength alone. It must also preserve relationships, communication, cooperation, compassion, family, and community.

His powers include solar energy, radiant fire, heat, defensive barriers, enhanced physical strength, energy projection, and battlefield leadership.

Sunbeam may be compassionate toward his people, but he is also a powerful military ruler capable of confronting entire armies on his own.

LADY MOONBEAM

Lady Moonbeam is the Absolute Leader of the Lunar Regime.

She represents wisdom, serenity, emotional intelligence, charity, healing, nighttime protection, reflection, and disciplined compassion.

The Lunar Regime is represented by deep blue uniforms, crescent-moon symbols, moonlit cities, crystalline energy, and calm but highly organized institutions.

Moonbeam protects the humanitarian side of civilization. Her regime supports shelters, medical systems, public relief, charitable programs, peaceful nighttime life, and the protection of vulnerable citizens.

Her powers include lunar energy, crystalline formations, cold radiance, healing abilities, protective barriers, celestial force, and advanced defensive combat.

Moonbeam is gentle when peace is possible, but she can become an extremely powerful combatant when her people are threatened.

X VICE COLONEL STARBEAM

X Vice Colonel Starbeam is the Absolute Leader of the Star Regime.

He represents environmental renewal, sustainable economics, scientific planning, resource management, green technology, and strategic foresight.

The Star Regime is represented by green uniforms, star symbols, ecological cities, renewable infrastructure, advanced technology, and environmental reform.

Starbeam believes civilization cannot survive if it destroys its own environment. Recycling, clean energy, efficient production, habitat restoration, and responsible economics are central parts of his government.

His powers may include green energy, biological growth, plant manipulation, ecological control, technological projection, resource conversion, and precise battlefield calculation.

Starbeam is not only a fighter. He is a strategist who studies the future consequences of every decision.

PROFESSOR GALAXBEAM

Professor Galaxbeam is the Absolute Leader of the Galaxy Regime.

He represents education, knowledge, astronomy, time, mathematics, cosmic order, scientific discovery, and intellectual discipline.

The Galaxy Regime is represented by golden-yellow uniforms, celestial symbols, astronomical technology, clocks, stars, planets, and cosmic architecture.

Galaxbeam is a ruler, professor, inventor, strategist, and scholar. He attempts to understand the deeper cause of every conflict rather than merely reacting to its surface.

His powers may include gravity manipulation, stellar energy, space-time control, probability, cosmic projection, dimensional movement, and astronomical force.

Galaxbeam represents the belief that knowledge, when used responsibly, can become one of civilization’s greatest defenses.

LORD DARKWING

Lord Darkwing is the Absolute Leader of the Darkened Regime.

He represents aggression, conquest, destruction, fear, domination, and overwhelming military force.

The Darkened Regime is represented by maroon, dark red, black, burning cities, conquest symbols, heavy military equipment, and destructive energy.

Darkwing believes opposition should be crushed through direct force. His regime uses invasion, bombardment, occupation, intimidation, and public destruction to break resistance.

His powers include maroon fire, dark energy, shock waves, enhanced combat, destructive force, weapons mastery, and battlefield domination.

Darkwing wants his enemies to witness the power destroying them.

BLACKWING

Blackwing is the Absolute Leader of the Blackened Regime.

He represents intimidation, propaganda, surveillance, blackmail, corruption, psychological warfare, social pressure, and information control.

The Blackened Regime is represented by black tactical clothing, dark red accents, military technology, propaganda systems, surveillance networks, and urban warfare.

Unlike Darkwing, who destroys institutions through direct assault, Blackwing corrupts them from within.

He weaponizes reputation, personal secrets, communications, fear, public opinion, political division, and social distrust.

Blackwing is also personally combat-capable. He possesses enhanced physical abilities, advanced weapons training, tactical awareness, psychological powers, and dark energy.

He is not merely a propagandist hiding behind an army. He can fight for himself.

SHADOWWING

Shadowwing is the Absolute Leader of the Shadow Regime.

He represents espionage, illusion, stealth, silence, infiltration, sabotage, spiritual dread, and psychological uncertainty.

The Shadow Regime is represented by magenta, violet, hooded uniforms, eye symbols, coded gestures, phantom energy, and supernatural secrecy.

Shadowwing and his forces often communicate through gestures, symbols, signals, body language, and ritualized silence.

His powers may include invisibility, illusion projection, phasing, teleportation through shadows, sensory deception, phantom creation, mental pressure, and spectral energy.

Darkwing makes a city understand that it is under attack.

Shadowwing can make a city question whether it has already been infiltrated.

DOCTOR DEATHWING

Doctor Deathwing is the Absolute Leader of the Death Regime.

He represents mortality, decay, resurrection, mutation, biological experimentation, disease, and corrupted science.

The Death Regime is represented by dark gray, corpse-like purple, skull symbols, laboratories, reanimated soldiers, and medical-industrial technology.

Deathwing is not a mindless undead creature. He is a scientist, ruler, strategist, and superhuman dictator.

His powers may include regeneration, resurrection, disease manipulation, toxic energy, biological alteration, anatomical control, decay, mutation, and the creation of intelligent reanimated forces.

Where Galaxbeam uses knowledge to preserve civilization, Deathwing uses knowledge to redesign life without ethical limitations.

THE MILITARY HIERARCHY

Every regime follows the same general chain of command.

Absolute Leaders stand at the top.

Six Supreme Commanders serve beneath each Absolute Leader. They manage continental campaigns, fleets, armies, defenses, and major war zones.

Elites serve beneath the Supreme Commanders. They are named champions, specialists, officers, spies, warriors, scientists, and high-powered combatants.

Ground Forces form the largest part of each regime.

Ground Forces include soldiers, marines, guards, zealots, police, militia, engineers, medics, scouts, rangers, artillery units, pilots, vehicle crews, political officers, and other supporting personnel.

This hierarchy allows SUPREMACY to show warfare at several levels.

Ground Forces fight tactical battles.

Elites complete specialized missions.

Supreme Commanders determine the outcome of major campaigns.

Absolute Leaders appear during the most important confrontations.

THE ABSOLUTE PARITY DOCTRINE

The most important law of power in SUPREMACY is simple:

Only an Absolute Leader can permanently defeat another Absolute Leader.

An ordinary soldier cannot kill Sunbeam.

An Elite cannot permanently destroy Moonbeam.

A Supreme Commander cannot overthrow Starbeam through direct combat.

A conventional army cannot permanently erase Galaxbeam, Darkwing, Blackwing, Shadowwing, or Deathwing.

Lower-ranking characters may delay them, distract them, temporarily restrain them, damage them, or influence the conditions of a battle.

However, they cannot permanently defeat them.

This rule is called the Absolute Parity Doctrine.

Every Absolute Leader exists within the same supreme power class. No leader is permanently placed above all seven others.

They are equal but opposing forces.

Light against darkness.

Compassion against domination.

Knowledge against corruption.

Hope against despair.

Creation against destruction.

This does not mean every battle must end in a draw.

Strategy, preparation, location, emotional condition, alliances, training, and tactical decisions can still determine who wins a confrontation.

It means the final victory must come from someone of equal Absolute status.

PLOT ARMOR AS PART OF THE WORLD

The Absolute Leaders possess deliberate plot armor.

However, their plot armor is not intended to be a random excuse that allows them to survive everything without explanation.

It is part of the metaphysical law of Titanumas.

Their protection comes from their rank, factional essence, regenerative powers, supernatural endurance, and the Absolute Parity Doctrine.

Only equals can defeat equals.

This makes the Absolute Leaders similar to living national symbols, divine weapons, political institutions, and natural disasters contained inside individual bodies.

However, their survival does not remove all suspense.

An Absolute Leader can survive while losing an entire city.

An Absolute Leader can win a duel while thousands of soldiers die elsewhere.

A ruler can remain alive while losing territory, public confidence, economic stability, military resources, or political legitimacy.

A leader may possess incredible power and still be unable to protect everyone at the same time.

The question is not always whether an Absolute Leader will die.

The question is what they will lose, sacrifice, misunderstand, or become while surviving.

The Absolute Leaders are protected by cosmic law.

Their people are not.

WHY SUPREMACY COULD WORK AS AN ANIME

SUPREMACY is designed around visual concepts that could translate naturally into television anime.

Every regime has a recognizable color identity.

The Solar Regime is orange.

The Lunar Regime is blue.

The Star Regime is green.

The Galaxy Regime is golden-yellow.

The Darkened Regime is maroon and black-red.

The Blackened Regime is black with dark red accents.

The Shadow Regime is magenta and violet.

The Death Regime is dark gray and corpse-like purple.

These colors appear in uniforms, eyes, hair, flags, cities, military vehicles, architecture, supernatural auras, weapons, energy attacks, and faction symbols.

Viewers should be able to recognize a character’s regime before the character even speaks.

The story also offers many different environments.

Battles can take place in futuristic cities, military bases, airports, naval fleets, open fields, forests, laboratories, ruined capitals, civilian shelters, command chambers, orbital installations, underwater routes, and above the open ocean.

The series could move between quiet character conversations and enormous military confrontations.

Sunbeam and Moonbeam may discuss the responsibility of leadership before being called into a continental invasion.

Starbeam may plan an environmental recovery operation that becomes a battle against sabotage.

Galaxbeam may discover a cosmic anomaly that changes the direction of the war.

Shadowwing may infiltrate a city without firing a single visible shot.

Blackwing may destroy public trust through propaganda before beginning a military attack.

Deathwing may pressure an entire civilization through biological warfare and reanimation.

Darkwing may launch a direct invasion intended to break both infrastructure and morale.

POSSIBLE TELEVISION STRUCTURE

A television anime could begin by introducing Titanumas, the two alliances, and the eight Absolute Leaders.

The opening episodes could explain the fall of the old world, the rebuilding of humanity, the creation of the AES, and the rise of the BRD.

Each regime could receive dedicated episodes presenting its cities, citizens, military structure, philosophy, visual identity, and ruler.

The first major arc could focus on General Sunbeam and Lord Darkwing.

Their conflict represents solar hope against destructive conquest.

A later arc could focus on Lady Moonbeam and Blackwing.

Their rivalry would contrast compassion, charity, and emotional discipline against propaganda, intimidation, urban corruption, and psychological warfare.

Starbeam could confront Shadowwing in a conflict between strategic planning and supernatural uncertainty.

Galaxbeam could confront Deathwing in a conflict between ethical knowledge and corrupted science.

These separate campaigns could eventually merge into a larger Absolute War involving all eight leaders.

THE DEEPER STORY

The title Clash Between Heroes & Villains immediately explains the basic conflict, but the narrative is intended to explore more than a simple division between good and evil.

The AES leaders are heroic, but they are still dictators.

The BRD leaders are villainous, but they do not all think or act the same way.

Every ruler represents a different philosophy.

Sunbeam asks whether love, family, community, and optimism can preserve civilization.

Moonbeam asks whether compassion can remain powerful during war.

Starbeam asks whether environmental and economic discipline can prevent another collapse.

Galaxbeam asks whether knowledge can guide supreme power responsibly.

Darkwing believes fear and force are the foundations of government.

Blackwing believes controlling information allows him to control society.

Shadowwing believes uncertainty and silence are more powerful than open conquest.

Deathwing believes life and death are materials that science should be free to manipulate.

When two Absolute Leaders fight, it is not merely a contest between supernatural powers.

It is a confrontation between two visions of civilization.

MY GOAL

My goal is to see SUPREMACY: Clash Between Heroes & Villains developed through a professional anime production pipeline.

That production would require experienced screenwriters, character designers, concept artists, storyboard artists, animators, background artists, voice actors, composers, editors, sound designers, producers, directors, and production coordinators.

I envision SUPREMACY as a serious 2D anime with clean linework, expressive character acting, cinematic backgrounds, disciplined color design, powerful orchestral and electronic music, futuristic warfare, and supernatural battles that preserve the identity of every regime.

The action should be visually impressive, but it should also have meaning.

Every major battle should reveal something about the leaders, their philosophies, their governments, their soldiers, and the consequences of concentrated power.

SUPREMACY is built around a world that must live beneath the decisions of eight nearly indestructible rulers.

Their armies must obey them.

Their citizens must endure the consequences.

Their rivals must confront them as equals.

That is the foundation of the series:

Two alliances.

Eight regimes.

Eight iron-fisted rulers.

Four heroes.

Four villains.

One divided world.

And one absolute law:

Only an Absolute Leader can defeat an Absolute Leader.

SUPREMACY: Clash Between Heroes & Villains is my vision for a serious, color-coded, politically charged military-fantasy anime in which humanity’s future is determined by eight living embodiments of power confronting their equals across the world of Titanumas.
